For our October dinner, we're excited to announce our first dinner featuring Hawk + Horse Vineyards of Lake County! We've selected a fantastic lineup of wines that will showcase 5 different selections, ALL 5 of which boast 93+ point scores from Wine Enthusiast! Lake County, particularly Red Hills, which these wines hail from, has gained quite a bit of acclaim in recent years. Located about 30 miles north of Calistoga, the region is known for its volcanic soils. Equal parts knowledgeable and entertaining, co-owner, Mitch Hawkins will be joining us for the evening to share his wines and the Hawk and Horse story. Daily vineyard operations are managed by Mitch, who has become a respected authority on biodynamics in the vineyard. Hawk and Horse is family endeavor.
